Nomad Drive APK and mobile

What the official stores showed

Steam lists Windows only. The studio page links Steam and Discord. Apple’s software search returned other apps. Google Play’s search returned other apps; one result that had floated through a search, package com.fm.crazybearrocketescape, 404’d when opened.

Packages that borrow the name

An APKBlade page titled Nomad Drive APK v0.8.0 names Indie Devil as the developer, then lists package com.drivezone.car.race.game, the Casual category, about 430 MB, and Android 5.0. A driving-survival game’s Steam install is listed at 3 GB. The package name is a racing-game id. That mismatch is a warning, not proof of what the binary contains. With no official mobile announcement linking it, I treat the listing as unverified, not as an official port.

APKPure has URLs for com.indiedevil.nomaddrive and for com.gas.vs.cars.chaos (a game called Gas N Cars, also presented under this title). Those pages sat behind a block on the check date, so I could not read them. A package name that looks like the studio is not, by itself, an official release.

TapTap lists an app numbered 33719782 under this title, with a credit that reads Division Bell Test. That string is not explained on the studio site. I am not calling it an official test build.

How to spot a fake package

The studio has not published a mobile package name, so “matches the official id” is a test nobody can pass yet.

• The file asks you to sideload and turn off Play Protect.
• The package name reads like a different game (race, gas, chaos).
• A PC storage requirement is not comparable to an APK download size and cannot authenticate a mobile port.
• The developer credit cannot be found on indiedevil.com or the Steam page.
• Nomad Driver ELD, package com.eld.nomaddriver, is a trucking logbook app. It is a different product.
